This would also be really useful for situations like gestures with special workspaces. In particular, a per-gesture animation means I could set a slide animation for special workspaces controlled via a gesture (resulting in a nice feeling 1:1 gesture) without requiring every special workspace to use the slide in/out animation. |

In my current config, I'm satisfied with my current window close animations (when triggered via keybind): default dwindle slide (slides out in the most logical direction depending on the current window tree), with a windowrule to to change to gnomed for floating or single on workspace windows
Since I added a swipe up to close windows, the slide in a different direction or gnomed feels a bit weird, it would be nice to override the closing anim style (to slide up in my case) to match the gesture being performed
perhaps something like
gesture = 3, up, close [anim: slide up]Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
