New window's do not have the correct initial width/height

When a new window is opened, it first appears at the application’s preferred width/height, and then resizes to the dimensions Hyprland enforces.

This resizing behavior might look fine when animations are enabled, but without animations it causes a anoying flicker. The issue is especially visible in applications like mpv, where the displayed content (image/video) depends directly on the window’s initial dimensions.

Steps to reproduce

1. Disable animations in Hyprland.
2. Open a new window (e.g., mpv or a terminal).
3. Observe how the window first opens at one size, then resizes to another.

Expected behavior
New windows should open directly at Hyprland’s preferred width/height, avoiding the intermediate resize step:
