Font renders weirdly - just shows squares (on a VM) #11485

I just installed hyprland, I'm a bit of a noob but I can't seem to get the font to be working. No issues at launch. When the splash appears, the text isn't rendering. I am on a VM (VirtualBox) Is there any fonts needed to be installed or anything, I can't find any issues related to this. |

you actually had to install any font, and gtk4 probably pulled some. |
