bindr fails if you release the modifier key first

bindr fails to trigger if you release the mod key first. They end up not firing when I press them very fast.

Here's a test I used to confirm that it fails when releasing the Ctrl first:

bindr = Ctrl, A, exec, notify-send "Key Up" "You an't seeing me if you release Ctrl first" -u critical -a 'Hyprland keybind'

A similar issue was raised on #5032, but I could not find a follow up.

I have a simpler reproduction for bindr peculiar behavior

bind = , F12, exec, wpctl set-mute @DEFAULT_AUDIO_SOURCE@ 0
bindr = , F12, exec, wpctl set-mute @DEFAULT_AUDIO_SOURCE@ 1

When I press and release F12, everything works fine.

When I press F12, then press and release any other button, and after that release F12, then it fails to register.

I have exact same issue with key release event, if you release any other key between press and release of a key bound with r flag it wont register that release event.

Simplified example:

bindnr = ,A,exec,hyprctl notify 4 5000 0 Release event

Steps to reproduce:

1. Press Any key other then "A".
2. Press "A"
3. Release other key.
4. Release "A"

Order of steps 1 and 2 doesn't matter

It never registers release of "A" if any other key was released between pressing and releasing of "A"
