Scrolling tilling window manager as a layout?

Something like Niri looks really cool where the workspace scrolls. However Niri does not look as complete as Hyprland and in many ways is lacking.

I'm wondering if we could get the same functionality in the form of a layout called scrolling? Then we would have the best of both worlds.
