Add a sensitivity option for workspace_swipe via touchscreen

I'd like to use workspace_swipe on my touchscreen-only device running Hyprland in order to swipe through my available workspaces. However, the feature appears to not have any sensitivity value, and only registers swipes coming from the rightmost edge of the display (with about 1px of precision required.) Since this is impossible to achieve in all cases, I almost always end up swiping and having nothing happen, requiring me to swipe several more times in order to see the gesture occur. This behaviour is present on both my Surface and mobile phone.

Solution: Add gestures:workspace_swipe_touch_edgesize or similar property to extend the minimum gesture starting distance on the rightmost and leftmost edges of the screen beyond its current hard-coded value(?) of 1px.
