Master layout with always_keep_position doesn't work well in vertical monitors

On master layout, when always_keep_position is set to true on a vertical monitor, it will ignore orientation top/bottom (which is usually what you want on a vertial monitor) and only works with left/right/center. Also maybe there should be an option for orientation centerVertical, or maybe jest default to center splitting vertically on vertical monitors, otherwise it is unusable.

if layoutopts could set always_keep_position=false for the vertical monitor that could be a valid workaround. But currently I can't enable always_keep_position that I want on my main monitor because it makes my vertical monitor way worse.
