Pen input no longer working in Waydroid

This is a regression.

Though touch input continues to work fine, tablet pen input no longer works with Waydroid in Hyprland since 0.48.

Waydroid is correctly set to receive all mouse input as touch. Waydroid continues to work fine with the pen in GNOME with Wayland and Sway. wev and libinput debug-event correctly show the pen tool events.

Actually, I apologize. I must've made a mistake and forgotten to restart the waydroid container during bisect at some point.

The problem commit is a3b9696

The problem appears to be the call to simulateMouseMovement inside onTabletAxis. Commenting out that line on latest git compiles with working tablet pen function in Waydroid android apps as normal, while retaining the tablet pen functionality in Rnote, and using it as a mouse in GTK/Qt apps.

Is that call necessary there?

It's all working fine for me if onTabletAxis only calls simulateMouseMovement if PTOOL->m_isDown is false.
onTabletTip calls mouseMoveUnified already. This allows hover effects and popups to work with the tablet too (from what I see testing it).

Maybe this is because mouseMoveUnified doesn't lock focus for tablet tools like it does for mouse?

I know nothing about tablets and the entire code there is me blind coding + people testing / submitting patches.
