Question: Gnome gsettings for the cursor stopped working...

Hi,

I made a post over at nwg-look;

nwg-piotr/nwg-look#103

Because the Dev mentioned gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface cursor-size <size> isn't working, is the reason the cursor size has no effect in the GUI.

I thought having xdg-desktop-portal-gtk installed, that the gsettings would still work?

Yes, it's just that by default, Hyprland syncs the cursor theme automatically, so it overrides this.

If you are referring to hyprcursor I'm not using it.

Is there a way to override this, so nwg-look can make the changes?

Please forgive me, I admit, I'm lazy at times and just want to use a UI to do things like this... LOL 🤪
