After hyprctl dispatch dpms off only external monitor powers on with keypress

As title.
Expected result would be that both laptop and external monitor powers on again, as on Niri with niri msg action power-off-monitors or kscreen-doctor --dpms off on kwin_wayland.

It happens both with no configuration or with both monitors configured.

Hyprland 0.49.0 built from branch  at commit 9958d297641b5c84dcff93f9039d80a5ad37ab00  (version: bump to 0.49.0).

Using dpms-off poweroff all monitors works fine.
