Window not responding when on another workspace

Simple glfw + opengl applications are marked as "not responding" when placed in another workspace, as described in this issue.

Right now, it's hard to find the real culprit, but the issue happens both with Vulkan and OpenGL APIs, and it's unlikely to be caused by glfw. For now, this has only been reported under Hyprland.
