Setup error with CMake (CSignal is deprecated: Use CSignalT)

At the and of the CMake installation this comes up. Before this, these warnings come up:

So I can not install Hyprland with CMake option which is the recommended one. What to do about this?

those are warnings and not errors and the first error is due to you building hyprland incorrectly

I totally followed the wiki. Dependencies are installed. And this is a fresh installation of Arch. Yesterday on another fresh installation these commands worked without a problem.

if you are building from git, you cannot use non-git dependencies.
