hyprctl monitors doesn't report HDR status

From what I can tell, when HDR is enabled there isn't a way to determin whether or not it's on using hyprctl. If I'm missing something please let me know. I suspect that it was an oversight moving the HDR options into the monitor configuration, but not adding the info to the output of hyprctl monitors.

This would be great to have for gpu-screen-recorder, since it needs to be invoked manually for SDR and HDR separately. Maybe a way to listen to the auto_hdr = 1 case too
