Hyprland(with uwsm) not showing up on regreet

Howdy, for unimportant reasons reinstalled this config:

and at regreet login Hyprland(with UWSM) isnt showing up
I apologize if this is in the wrong discussion category
UWSM is enabled so idk what is going on

uwsm start Hyprland works as well, so maybe a regreet issue? wasnt having this issue before, running latest git

Can you check whether the session file exists in /run/current-system/sw/share/wayland-sessions? (or something along the lines of that)

and /run/current-system/sw/share/*wayland* doesnt exist

it seems that Hyprland is not able to be found by uwsm?

hey @fufexan, any idea on this Ive been stuck on this for awhile. I know that it is most likely a config issue.
Currently I can start Hyprland from tty, I then hyprctl dispatch exit and can then do uwsm start Hyprland. However when I do I get a warning about the $XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP being weird, even though I dont set it anywhere.

no I did not it happens like this after reboot and login, will try now

hyprland-uwsm.desktop seems to work when uwsm start Hyprland does not

Does it still not show up in regreet?

oh btw a few months ago I stopped having this issue. I think that I should close this? Its not a github issue so it should be fine to leave open?
