When we type @, the suggestions listbox is displayed, which includes up to 10 users matching what's written after the @ symbol.

We could make the suggestions highlight the part of the username or display name that match that part.

One option would be using the CSS Custom Highlight API, althought this still has a bit of limited browser support.
