hey @arsulegai i'm having trouble to create a new pull request.. i'm getting this DCO error. actually i'm new to this i don't know what i'm doing. can you please help me in that what should i do ... i already fix the issue in my local machine i just want to open pull request so you can review it and merge it to main.

and actually there is no proper steps mention in readme.md how to start contributing to this project. so beginner like me might face difficulties.

That's a good catch, we should follow DCO signing for all contributions to the Hyperledger. Maybe you can update the README.md file to reflect this. Here's a section you could consider introducing

Contributing

You're free to improvise the application, raise a pull request to the original repository after your implementation. Each commit must include Signed-off-by: in the commit message (run git commit -s to auto-sign). This sign off means you agree the commit satisfies the Developer Certificate of Origin(DCO).
