A PyPI trove classifier for Hy

PyPI now has a trove classifier Programming Language :: Hy. I'd recommend using it for libraries meant to be useful for Hy, such as libraries that provide Hy macros, or for other projects that are about Hy somehow, such as an instructive example Hy package. I wouldn't recommend using it for a package that just happens to be written in Hy internally.
