Homepage Docs destination URL is defective due to a misplaced capital letter

I think this is a pure GitHub issue, and so should be addressed through admin config, else I'd submit a PR.

The link to the GitHub pages docs in the upper-right-hand corner of the project homepage is broken. Here's the current state:

[hygieia.github.io/hygieia](http://hygieia.github.io/Hygieia)

The display URL text is correct, with a lower-case h in the path: /hygieia. But the actual src is mal-formed, with a capital H: /Hygieia

As a result, users get a 404 when attempting to visit. Converting to lowercase allows it to resolve.
