Turning on the option Override OS default key combination (Ctrl+Win+Left and Right) in settings appears to break the Ctrl+Win+Left and Right key shortcuts. This is fairly recent, though I can't say what caused it. I'm running 4.0.0 beta.12 on Windows 11 Pro (23H2).
