包含include和 armv8a, v7a
带所有解码器，包括GPL2.0

感谢大神。电脑怎么都编不出来。各种报错。
求编译好的库，上传到github上。

I will add headers and includes... but I am not an expert in this and I need help... If you can help, let's solve this problem together.
