Is there an option to change Humbug's configuration file location?

In our project, all configuration files are in a config directory, including phpunit.xml for convenience. Unfortunately, it seems like Humbug doesn't offer any way to change the location of its configuration file nor does it accept that the phpunit.xml file could be located in a different folder than humbug.json.dist. Am I missing a way to do that somehow?
