We're looking to contribute core tensor math functions as well as algorithm implementations. Hearing this about the upstream maintenance worries us a little. |

I think that the project has a lot of potential. Having a stable machine learning framework will be essential since Rust is developing its ecosystem.
But I think something should be done to better manage the project. I know that the maintainers are busy and don't have time to look at all merge requests, but this slows down the project's development.
For example, the project excited me, so I made two small PRs to start with and had the goal of contributing much more afterward. However, since my PRs didn’t receive any comment like the majority of other PRs, I felt like "I don't want to work more on this project if it’s for nothing."
That’s why I think either a major contributor, if one exists, should be able to merge PRs, or at least there should be a discussion on how to manage this issue.
