Refactorize analysis preservation section to execute locally instead on CI executors

Instead of jumping directly to CI and performing the analysis preservation exercise in the GitLab executions, let's first exercise the analysis workflow in a local environment with Docker.

Hi @michmx. @GuillermoFidalgo and me also just rediscovered this suggestion (after a lot of discussion of how to deal with the different CI systems). Have you already started with this? Or should we go ahead and work on this?
