Do we need to reconfigure sst-elements, after re-installing sst-core #5

Need to investigate, to see if the workflow is correct (where we only require re-running the install-morrigan.sh script, not the reconfig script)

dramsim3 also needs to be installed

Best solution might be to skip the install step and set the paths to the directories where things are built.

Either way they still need to be built first though
