Add contact details of local Champions to the website #2

It would be useful to have the contact details of local HPC champions on the website. These are currently hosted on the ARCHER website at:

http://www.archer.ac.uk/community/champions/names/

as they originally came out of the ARCHER service. We would need to contact the current champions first to make sure they are happy with this change.
