[feature]: Improve REST collections searching

Summary

With a multi-level collection setup like this:

The search feature seems to stop working after the second tier:

On the other hand, searching for Level Two shows:

Additionally, it would be delightful if successful searches could auto-expand the structure down to the matching item - as show in the final screenshot above, it only seems to display the top-most parent folder for the matched search item.

hi @alexduhanov are you in your personal workspace or on a separate workspace that you created?

@thetronjohnson - as far as I can tell, this is all in a personal workspace (denoted by the Personal Workspace > Collections text above the Search box. I am not logged into Hoppscotch in any way.

Also I should have specified when I first logged the issue - I'm using the standalone x64 macOS download of Hoppscotch, Version 24.3.0-1 (20240328.194626).

this helps, we've a workspace refactor in progress right now, and this should be fixed once the refactor is done
