Yes, I'm pretty sure it's that. As it's x86, if you have a keyboard connected, you can switch to the other boot slot in the GRUB menu as well before the counter switches to it automatically. The fix is on the way - I expect the build will be finished within 1-2 hours. Sorry for the trouble!
(EDIT by @sairon: it will be actually fixed in the today's dev release but no other releases are affected, so it can stay closed. Feel free to ping me if it's not resolved with another update.)
