When visiting home-assistant.io/integrations/, you're presented with a handful of "featured" integrations. Among these is Ecobee, an integration which is effectively broken for anyone who isn't already using it. It seems like not a great look to have one of the integrations that's shown most prominently within these docs to be one which doesn't work.
