Lock icon missing on 2025.3.1

After the last core upgrade (from 2025.3.0 to 2025.3.1) the icon is missing. all works but not the icon.

I know it shouldn't be needed anymore, but did you clear your browser cache? Further please show us the settings for these entities (just click on the gear in the last screenshot)
