Add Hints for labels

Introduction:
Entity names often are not ver helpful, dificulte to understand. For these cases a use the name: tag to give it a understandable name, or label.
The following example shows a input-number variable i created(!). To give it a better (understandable) name i used the name: tag.

Anyhow, it may be difficult to understand for a plain user what it means. Therefore i propose to add a "hint:" tag allowing to explain in plain words what this parameter does. Hints should simply pop-up when flying-over with the mouse.
In the case above:

hint: Activate the (hot water) boiler if soc is above this value
hint: Start pool pump only if soc > this value

Background: I'm thinking to sell my house. The buyer should be able to use the HA dashboard. Help text, hints, may make it easier for a new house owner.

Idea: Multi language support! Will do a new discussion on this.
Idea: Hint text may also be helpful for a complete card! As annex to the title.
