ZHA:The zigbee device is unavailable

The problem

I have a Xiaomi multimode Gateway 2 (China region), firmware 1.0.3_0028. ZHA has been working normally until now. Last week, I upgraded core 2024.12.4. ZHA cannot be loaded because "Network Settings do not match most recent backup". Create a new network, reload will get an error. I noticed that the ieee of the coordinator is not quite normal, something like 00:00:00:10:00:00:00. I had no choice but to downgrade.

I tried to bring it back down to 10.1, but 10.1 has turned off the upgrade. I can only downgrade to 10.3. There will no longer be "Network Settings do not match most recent backup" after the downgrade, but I have a new problem. In addition to the aqara led light, the aqara Temperature and Humidity and GLEDOPTO's lamp strip controller can work in the ZHA, other devices do not work. In fact, I also tested core11.1, 11.2, and 11.3.
