Remove references to the playground #634
Description
Tasks:
- Look through the developer guides and remove references to the Holochain playground service. The majority of those references are in the forum app tutorial.
- When screenshots of the playground serve to understand the data structure in Holochain, keep them and just remove the reference to a locally running playground.
