Update app tutorial after removing `hello-world` example app

Vanilla JS support was removed from scaffolding, and with it the hello-world example app used in the app tutorial.

Tasks:

• Update the tutorial by either deleting the content referring to vanilla JS, or replacing it with samples of a Svelte example forum app.
