Run does nothing on Concepts: Validation Rules

When I click the Run button, it becomes disabled saying "Running", but nothing seems to happen in the playground. Here is a screen recording: https://capture.dropbox.com/1IBvBDwCIZ10BUfM. I get the same behavior in Chrome and Firefox.
