  • changed state from "new" to "resolved"

Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention! We were in the process of indexing this publication and have now been able to complete doing so.

We had already added (8859d4d) 7-amido-7-deazaguanosine, citing this work, but were awaiting ChEBI's annotation of 7-cyano-7-deazaguanine / preQ(0). Now that they have added it, we have been able to incorporate it (f8df46c) into DNAmod as well.

ChEBI has also completed their annotation of 7-formamidino-7-deazaguanine / archaeosine / G+ and we have also incorporated it (b68a4b2) into DNAmod.

Both new bases will be present in our next release.

  • changed state from "resolved" to "open"

This is unresolved, due to preQ(0)'s functional parent not having a a functional parent.

Once ChEBI adds a functional parent for 7-carboxy-7-deazaguanine that (eventually) links it back to guanine, these two new bases will automatically be added to DNAmod.
