tacc-apptainer update to 1.1.8 breaks mpi #1
Description
On TACC machines, tacc-apptainer has been updated from version 1.1.3 to 1.1.8 . This breaks ibrun with the container if more than one process is used. Now need to set environment variable export MV2_SMP_USE_CMA=0 before running container via apptainer.
