We would like to allow the user the ability to resize a column width and customize this width for each column

Currently this requires some research. The Element UI element is giving error so further review needs to be done on the issue. Will pause on this for now

There is no way to plug in the resize feature without a lot of custom refactoring.
We will pause on this ticket for now until we find a more efficient approach to accomplish this
