Household page: Add individual

Add a new Individual from the Household list page

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN I am a logged in user
AND I navigate to the Household list page
AND I click on the ">" button next of the name of the household
AND The household accordion opens and shows a button to 'Add new Individuals' to the Household

WHEN I click on the Add Individual button

THEN I see a modal window to add new Individual
AND After saving the new Individual is listed under the Household
AND I can edit or delete the Individual from the Household
