What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load attached PDF.
2. Select 2 column papers, portrait option.
3. Process all pages.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This generates a PDF which causes an error in acrobat: "Insufficient data for 
an image"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
svn r93, Ubuntu 11.04

Please provide any additional information below.
