说明文档没有提供怎么使用这些py文件，比如是集成在pyspider里面还是单独python执行

就是先运行pyspider，然后从pyspider管控台去运行这些py代码

运行ICS-CERT时，能够爬取到网页上的各个链接，进一步爬取每一个detail_page时显示requests.exceptions.HTTPError: HTTP 404: Not Found

这个要根据最新的网站页面对代码进行修改调整的，需要一点python的基础开放能力
