Initial release of MACADAMIA processing code

This release contains code for the coordinated bulk processing of archival Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) data containing serendipitous detections of asteroids, as well as standalone code for searching for and extracting photometry of single objects from archival data from SDSS, the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope MegaCam imager, and the Blanco/Dark Energy Camera (DECam) imager.
