Mark in the readme that the package is outdated?

Thank you for the tip about the newer package -- maybe this could be mentioned at the top of the readme, so people arriving on this won't have to try it and fail and wait for a personal response explaining so :)

Well, the system works, its just that the tracker used in this system is far behind the standalone version in terms of tracking speed and quality. This system can take a lot of time to troubleshoot, which I unfortunately do not have at the moment, hence why I pointed you to the standalone version. Sorry about that. I will put smth in the readme.
