Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined

When trying to use animate function with transformations.
Like
$("#foo").animate({
scale: 1.5
}, 1000);

This issue looks like it is specific to scale, which hits the default $.fx.multipleValueStep function. This function tries to read fx.values, which is undefined, hence causing the crash.

I have a pull request to fix the 1.8 animation issues with a tweener implementation. It should be stable enough for use.
