The users of Heroku using it from the browser would be benefitted

Tell us about what you're trying to solve. What challenges are you facing?

Many users perfer dark theme (meaning web page background in black and text in white). It soothes eyes. So it would be great if your front end and design team works on this feature. Also please design it so that it should take the default white/dark theme setting from browser and along with this there should be an option in account setting to toggle it from white to dark and vice versa.
