optional link to cachix artifacts

I realize why, atm, links to cache outputs are not shown for security. But it would be nice to have an optional public feature, (or perhaps it only appears on a private dashboard if your logged into the building user), to have a link to the cached derivations, or at least an indication that a cached obect exists.
