I got it as close as I'd like it to be. I created a shortcut to chrlauncher in "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup". Then, I right click on this new shortcut and select Properties. In the properties window, I select Shortcut tab and I select Minimized under the Run dropdown. It will stay in the background with an icon appearing in the notification area. |

Problem you are trying to solve
I want to use it only as an auto-updater. I don't want it to remain opened after it has completed its job.
Suggested solution
It would be nice to have an option for the program to close itself after it has checked for update....
