fix ext file location moved

for new cmdr, the location where the extension stored was changed.

from: $root/ci/pkg/usr.local.lib.tiny-app/ext
to:   $root/ci/pkg/usr.local.lib/tiny-app/ext

the similar changes are in deployed locations. such as:

location: /usr/local/lib/<app-name>/ext (?)
