I would suggest to add a tag for a correct omitted action. It is possible to specify and omitted action, but in a lot of detection tasks, the stop signal task, not responding to a particular stimulus is the correct thing to do. I hesitate to group (Omitted-action, Correct-action) to represent, because Correct-action strongly implies an action has been performed.
My suggestion for this particular tag is also related to detection experiments, where you have different types of correct trials and incorrect trials that could be useful to annotate as such: Correct-action (Hit), Incorrect-action (False-alarm), Miss (Miss), and ... Correct-omitted-action (Correct-rejection).
