DEV-1600 address outdated bootstrap table export component (#252)
* DEV-1600 address outdated bootstrap table export component - Manually install official version of xlsx/SheetJS instead of stale one on npm registry. - Pin sass to 1.77.6 to silence deluge of warnings.
