Env variable for (Limit number of rows per fetch)
At the moment we have to provide manually a number for every table we want to limit
And improvement idea is lets add a env variable and use that as default everywhere in every table (Which is not ENUM)
And if user wants then provide another value per table if needs
Because most use cases is that the number will be the same for all tables, so we do not have to specify it every time or forget even to do that
And if someone wants they still should have the possibility to specify it per table
